We collect the files you send us, your email address, and the payment details processed by our payment provider (we never see or store full card numbers). We use your files only to produce your classifications, and we may process them with third-party AI services that do not use them to train their models. We delete your files within 30 days of delivering your order, and we keep order records (email, order size, amount) for accounting. We never sell or share your data for marketing. To request deletion of your data at any time, email support@hsclarity.com.

Service providers. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for tax purposes and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. Email is hosted by Zoho. Classification uses Anthropic's AI API, which does not train on data sent through it.

Cookies. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
